What are the processing times?

Our standard production time is typically 2–4 business days. Each item is made-to-order just for you, so your order is fresh, personalized, and carefully crafted before it ships. During the busy holiday season (mid-November through December), production may take 4–6 business days.

How long does shipping take?

We ship using our Contiguous U.S. rate, which covers all 48 connected states. Once your order leaves our facility, shipping usually takes 5–8 business days. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow along every step of the way.


Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak holiday periods.

What kind of printing do you use?

We use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for our tees, sweatshirts, and apparel, and full-color sublimation printing for mugs and drinkware. Each design is printed just for you, producing vibrant, long-lasting colors that stay soft and durable wash after wash.

How do I start a return?

We understand—sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how our returns process works:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but only for damaged or defective items.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with easy-to-follow instructions.
